SmugMug Website

SmugMug is the leading online platform for photographers who want to store, showcase, share, and sell their photos. With a product that appeals to general consumers, top pros and everyone in-between, the first task was to identify customer segments and create user profiles. Then we defined, organized, and presented product features on a customer-centric site that was both inspirational and easy to navigate.

PayPal Website

PayPal is the leading online payment platform for both consumers and merchants. They wanted a website refresh that struck a balance between high-tech and high-touch. My team set out to add splashes of warm photography and down-to-earth copy to help PayPal feel more approachable and less like a stodgy financial institution.

SKIL Power Tools

When SKIL asked us to create a new website we asked them the old question, “Do people want to buy drills or create holes?” They said it was a little of both. So we set out to design a site that showcased both tools and the projects people created with them. Photography featured both SKIL tools and people engaged in DIY projects. Copy was both informative and inspirational in tone.

EGO Power Plus

EGO is one of the world’s best selling line of electrically-powered home and garden tools. They feature long-lasting batteries, innovative features, and cutting-edge design that appeals to both homeowners and professionals alike. EGO wanted a new website that stuck a balance between promoting their cutting-edge technology and showcasing their modern form-factor and ease of use. Images were a mix of tech and user-focused, and copy followed that same balance.
